Douglas is an experienced property manager who has built multiple property management companies from scratch. In 2022, Brindley acquired Shore Details, expanding their homes under management from 500 to 612 and their footprint from the Virginia state line to Hatteras Inlet. In 2009, it acquired the ResortQuest Outer Banks. Brindley has been prominent in the Corolla and Duck real estate rental and sales industry since 1998.
